Lemon Meringue

Pucker tart with a billowing custard cream. Enrobed in white chocolate. We put both sharp and fluffy into each piece. One might anticipate chaos, yet at first bite, all that's left is to ponder the perfect harmony. 

Ingredients: White chocolate (cocoa butter, cane sugar, *full cream milk, lactose, sunflower lecithin, vanilla beans), *cream (milk), *butter (milk), invert sugar, lemon, gelatin, vanilla bean, salt. May contain: red 3 and 40, yellow 5 and 6, blue 1 and 2 and/or titanium dioxide.
