Shipping policy

SUMMER TIME SHIPPING ALERT!
Quality chocolate is very sensitive to heat. We have to take extra precautions in the summer time to help it arrive as amazing as it leaves. Some things we do:
1. We only ship overnight or priority mail. 
2. We only ship at the beginning of the week. We don't want our chocolates in transit over a weekend or holiday because it will sit longer in trucks or shipping warehouses that don't always have A/C.
3. The chocolates require extra packaging and/or cold packs. Our shipping and handling costs a few more dollars in the summer.
4. We kindly ask you to please ship to an address that the chocolates will not have to sit outside in the summer heat all day. 
5. If your order ever arrives melted, please reach out. We will want to investigate what went wrong, and take care of you as well. Once a box leaves our hands, there are a lot of things we can't control. We will take all the precautions we can, but there is still some increased risk.
