Dulce de Leche

A crisp shell of dark chocolate encloses a velvety soft, buttery caramel center.

Inspired by the classic Argentine dessert staple. I bite with my eyes closed and I'm back living in the Patagonia. The faces of my friends and neighbors appear, and I feel deeply. It is the closest thing to actual magic, I've ever experienced. 

Ingredients:
Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, sunflower/soy lecithin, natural vanilla), Milk (dairy), Sugar.
