Blackberry Cheesecake

The slight tart of a smooth cheesecake, smothered in wild summer blackberries I gathered by hand, a drizzle of dark chocolate holds it together. 

Ingredients:
Chocolate (sugar, cocoa, butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, sunflower/soy lecithin, natural vanilla), blackberries, cream, butter, sugar, invert sugar, glucose, gelatin, pectin, citric acid. Add colors.
